EXAMINATION

1. The system of unit test and terminal examinations are followed to evaluate the teaching and learning process. Progress reports are issued to the students at the end of unit tests and terminal examinations.

2. Promotions are made after the annual examination based on his/her overall performance throughout the year.

3. Minimum of 33% in each subject in necessary for the promotion to the next class.

(Note : Each Term, written exam alone one should score 27 % or ore out of 80 to clear the exam for each subject.)

4. Attendance in all examinations is compulsory. If any student who absents himself / herself from any examination shall be awarded zero for the same. Exception shall be granted only on medical grounds which shall be certified by a registered practioner.

5. Absence from a subject excludes a student from being reckoned in order of merit in the examinations.

6. Perfect order and discipline should be maintained during examinations. Any willful breach of the regulation for the peaceful conduct of examinations is punishable by expulsion from the whole examination and if discovered subsequently by cancelling of the papers.

7. A pupil caught for malpractice in examination may get zero for the subject and could be debarred from subsequent examinations or be dismissed.

8. Results declared at the end of the year is final in all the cases and will not be reconsidered, nor will the answer papers be shown.

9. Answer papers of each exams shall not be shown to the parents.

10. Promotion once refused will not be re-considered under any circumstances.

11. No examination will be taken either before or after the scheduled time.

12. There will be no re-examination at any time for any reason, except when a student is required to represent the school in some activities outside.

13. Results will be published in grade not in ranks.

14. If a student fails twice in the same class she / he is supposed to withdraw from the school with Leaving Certificate.

15. Once any pupil is dismissed will not be re – admitted in the school.

ADMISSION

Admission is granted after a selection test for which registration is done in advanced.

Admission and assignment to a particular class or Section are entirely reversed to the school authorities.

Always a satisfactory evidence of the date of birth of the candidates , copy of Aadhar card two passport size photos, one passport size photos of the parents should be produced at the time of admission.Data once entered in the application from will no case be altered.

Candidates must pay the first installment of the fee for the conformation of the admission.

Admission fees once paid will not be refunded.

UNIFORM

1. All the students shall come to the school in full uniform including examination days.

2. School uniform may not be used in the house. The uniform must be kept clean and tidy.

KG SECTION ( Pre – kg to UKG )

Girls : Pink pleated skirt under knee and check shirt with tie, belt and pink socks and black shoe

Boys : Pink half pants and check shirt with tie, belt and Pink socks and black shoe.

Day-wise:

Monday : Check pink

Tuesday : Green

Wednesday : Yellow

Thursday : Pink

Friday : Check pink

Identity card is compulsory for all the students.
